Specialist of Texas Wine Class: Level 1 — Monday & Tuesday (Sept. 24th, 5-9 pm and Sept. 25th, 5-9 pm). The class will be held at Kiepersol Winery‘s Salt Kitchen Classroom. The cost of the course is $242.50 (for certification students) and $174.60 (for auditing students). The fee covers the class (8 hours of lectures), PDF copies of slides and supplemental materials (downloadable from Dropbox), a copy of Russ Kane’s book (The Wineslinger Chronicles: Texas On The Vine – selected for the Grover E. Murray Studies in the American Southwest book series). The class includes wine tasting (both Texas and non-Texas benchmark wines). This class is organized by The Texas Wine School.
